Initial consultation
A full medical and lifestyle questionnaire is taken and discussed, followed by a full investigatory treatment. (Each foot is worked and all major reflexes are stimulated) Total reflexology treatment time is 50 minutes, however please allow 80 minutes for this first appointment to ensure the above is completed.

Follow up appointments
50 minute reflexology treatment. A treatment plan will have been written personally for you targeting the reflexes that will be most beneficial to meeting your needs and enhancing your health.
