My name is Jed (Jessica) I am a clinical reflexologist, I gained my mastership from the prestigious Jubilee College, gaining a level 5 Diploma, the highest UK qualification in the field.

I have always been passionate about health, wellbeing and, above all, helping people.

My career began in the health and fitness industry after studying Sport Science and qualifying as a gym instructor. Supporting others in achieving their health and wellbeing goals was incredibly rewarding and sparked my lifelong interest in holistic health.

Later, my passion for working with people led me to a new adventure as cabin crew, a role I enjoyed for ten years. During this time, I travelled extensively throughout Europe and had the wonderful opportunity to live and work in Italy. Although these careers were very different, they both reflected my two greatest passions – wellbeing and caring for others.

Becoming a reflexologist fulfilled a lifelong ambition. I am passionate about creating a calm, welcoming space where clients can relax, unwind and take time for themselves. Seeing the positive difference reflexology can make to someone’s wellbeing is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), giving you the reassurance that I practise to recognised professional standards.
